T5T did a great job on our home remodel and addition. They turned our little 1970’s lakeside cabin at Lake Buchanan into something that looks like a hillside chalet. This was a major project on the side of a hill. Not an easy job. Terry and Trish were great the first day, all during
the project, and even after. They are knowledgeable, kind, and diligent. They kept every commitment that they made and went above and beyond at a reasonable price. My wife and I
didn’t have a detailed plan of what we wanted, only some general ideas. We did not have an architectural design. So, Terry sat down with us and we drew it up and went forward. Had to be flexible because you never know what you will encounter in a 40 year plus home that has been added on to several times. But, things went really smoothly and T5T was able to problem solve those few challenges that were presented. The overall project turned out better than we
had ever imagined. We went from a one and a half bedroom, one and one half bath, and, a galley kitchen with a washer and dryer in it to: Three large bedrooms all with en suites!; a bonus room / office; another ½ bath/laundry room combo; and, a more expansive kitchen.
Overall, just a lot more room and the master bedroom and bath are beautiful. On top of the additions, every part of the remaining house was remodeled as well. Also, T5T built decks. A lot of beautiful decks! One of the most complicated decks was from our entrance down a steep slop to the back of the home. Where we had a sloped concrete walk, now is a walkway that allows us to easily get around. And, it looks great as well. I recommend T5T to any and all.
